Internal Complaint Committee

Gender Sensitisation:

The Gender Sensitisation Committee works to create awareness, educate, and sensitize the campus community about gender-related issues. They organize workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns to foster a respectful and supportive environment for all genders. Students can approach this committee not only to report incidents but also to seek guidance on matters related to gender understanding and equality.

The faculty coordinator for Gender sensitisation is Ms Nidhi Panicker. You may contact her here: nidhi.panicker@dypatil.edu

Sexual Harassment:

The Sexual Harassment Committee is here to offer a safe and confidential space for students to report any incidents or concerns related to sexual harassment. The committee is trained to handle these cases sensitively, ensuring the privacy and well-being of the complainant while taking necessary steps to address the issue. Students are encouraged to approach the faculty coordinator for any such complaint, who will then communicate the matter to the Internal Complaints Committee of the university.

The faculty coordinator for Sexual Harassment proceedings is Ms Gopika Seetharam. You may contact her here: gopika.seetharam@dypatil.edu

We encourage all students to actively engage in creating a harmonious and safe campus environment. It’s important to remember that no grievance is too small, and every concern will be addressed with the utmost seriousness and confidentiality. Our institution is dedicated to ensuring that students can focus on their education and personal growth without the burden of harassment, discrimination, or bias.
