Gopika Seetharam

Gopika has a master’s degree in Social Work from Prasanna School of Public Health, Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal with a specialization in medical and psychiatric social work. She has a special interest in sociology, palliative care, and Indian philosophy. 

She has extensive experience in the field and has shown commendable proficiency in planning and organizing fieldwork, conducting research interviews, and documentation. She has excellent communication skills that has aided in effective networking with different stakeholders in the community. She has been part of several research projects during her master’s programme and showed considerable interest and diligence in carrying out her role as a young researcher.

She is highly motivated, self-driven and a team player. Besides her academic pursuits, Gopika is passionate about theatre and dance and has given several performances in English and Malayalam.
