Dr. Deeptesh Kadam holds a Ph.D. and a M.Phil in Public Health from TISSafter a Masters in Biostatistics and Epidemiology from IIPS with under graduation in Pharmaceutical Sciences. His research revolves around understanding health and well-being in context to social epidemiology and health behaviors imbibing quantitative, qualitative, and mixed method frameworks. His diverseeducational backgroundoutlets into a blend of epistemologies to study distribution of health and health inequities, especially among marginalizedbyvarious socio-demographic axes of class, caste and gender through various theoretical perspectives and philosophical foundations.
